Calories in 3 egg Omelette? Omelet as I know it is just eggs left to solidify in a pan then folded. Scrambled eggs have milk in often, but the main difference is the heat of the pan (and whether you scramble them or not obviously). Omelets are cooked on a high heat so you have a fast cooked outside and soft inside whereas scrambled eggs are cooked on medium low heat so they are soft all the way through (and you scramble them as they cook). Eggs are about 90 calories each btw.
