i was called vain by a fellow gym member! whatttttt!!!!!!!!!!! isnt every single person down the gym vain? why else wud we be there if we was not obsessed with our bodies? possing is a part of bodybuilding! and why wud u not flex in the mirror whilst u are at ur most pumped? plus posing is ace at the end of each work out, it fills the worked muscle with blood and stretches it out to a new level! plus i pay my gym membership so ill train how i like. plus it was said by a gym chatterbox / slack trainer. what a clown rant over. views please
