Burning some stubborn fat. If your worried about Fat intake, 1%, 2% of skim(if you can handle the taste) solves that problem. You shouldn't be scared of Fat though. Your body requires it in your diet, just make sure you dont over do it. The reason it gets such a bad rep is because 1g of fat has 9 calories as opposed to 4 calories in protein and carbs. So foods higher in fat tend to be a little bit hefty in the calorie department as well. Like I said though, Fat isnt bad for you. Too much is bad like anything else though.
