      Burning some stubborn fat.

      I probably am tracking my intake wrong,I wouldnt doubt it,Im not an expert lol,thats why I figured let me find out from people who would know better. And Ill look it up thanks man.

      If your worried about Fat intake, 1%, 2% of skim(if you can handle the taste) solves that problem. You shouldn't be scared of Fat though. Your body requires it in your diet, just make sure you dont over do it. The reason it gets such a bad rep is because 1g of fat has 9 calories as opposed to 4 calories in protein and carbs. So foods higher in fat tend to be a little bit hefty in the calorie department as well. Like I said though, Fat isnt bad for you. Too much is bad like anything else though.

      Look up MyFitnessPal or any number of other calorie tracking apps. They're very easy to use and pretty accurate.

      K so well then maybe I need to stop worrying about fat so much now that I know where the bad rep comes from,and thanks for the info.
