Hello gents, would like some quick advise please. Im on my 2nd week of test e only cycle, running AI (adex at half tab EOD). This morning I've started getting slightly burning sensation in my left nipple. now Ive read this is signs of gyno.... What's the protocol in this situation? I do have nolva & clomid on hand for pct but I'm a little confused now that this has popped up. Do I: - jump off the adex and do some nolva ON cycle? - Continue with the adex and add some nolva? - up the dose of adex? How does this affect my pct? Get more nolva for pct? Thanks in advance for the input and time. Much appreciated.

You obviously are prone to gyno so to speak, which just basically means you have more of the aromatise enzyme, I'm the same mate, I have to run letro at 1 tab eod at least to keep estrogen in check Continue at 1mg eod for your entire cycle, is it pharma adex?

Thanks. Yes it's pharma, all pharma stuff inc the test. Its ranbaxy (UK) anastrozole 1mg tabs. It's not too late right, adex alone will suffice? I'm not looking to take any chances, I don't mind shelling out on more adex and upping the dose to 1mg ED OR adding nolva to be safer. Thanks for the input everyone.
Burning nipple (500mg test e with adex), what do? 1mg ED would def be better, but driving estrogen too low isn't a good idea either, although I doubt you will as you are taking 10x your natty test levels!! If you want to play it safe then go ahead with 1mg, if you start suffering signs of low estrogen, like loss of sex drive then can always adjust dose accordingly
