I'm bulking at 30% surplus for getting close to 2 months. 1:1 protein to pounds, focusing on carbs and eating enough fat to stay healthy... no stress eating what I want when I want. I got to 30% using the force really--as an experiment. So far body-fat holding steady, if not down a smidge. Should I back off to Emma's recommended 20%?.. is what I'm doing wise? I mean, so far so good but I'm new to this as it's my first bulk.
