      thank you for advice. so 500 extra calories a day with lots of protein right?

      You could, 10-20% is good too and adjust based on results every month or 2, personal preference..

      Set caloric intake to 110% to 120% of TDEE. Protein requirements are lower on a bulk than on a cut, because energy intake itself is nitrogen sparing.

      I would agree. Nothing good will come from cutting. Bulk it up and cut later when you have something to cut down to.

      What is your maintenance? Using the percent rather than an arbitrary number is better. You need 1g/lb of lbm of protein.

      looks like i need 3200 calories a day for bulking. 2700 for maintence at exercise 5 time per weeek.
