I have been lifting weights since about 1980. It was about then when I read a book about Arnold. He was well known for his sense of humour and in the book he gave an account of how he was once asked how he got his size. He relayed a story about how he answered this by saying that he drank a mixture of crushed egg shells. Well in the gym this morning I overheard a " Bicep Boy" telling his mate that he crushed ten egg shells up, throwing away the eggs as they did nothing, and mixed the shells up in water. He added that all of the protein is stored in the shell. ( I hope MP do not read this as I can see a latest product coming out.) His mate asked who else did this and he replied, " Arnold does, if we do the same we will be unstoppable." I was so tempted to tell them them the error of their ways, but perhaps they need to learn the hard way. Feel a bit guilty now, should I perhaps "correct them" next time I see them?
