      Nope. You have to have eggs, there is nothing else that will work as breakfast.

      You're still fitting foods into your macros and that means you're following IIFYM.

      Plus, 21g carbs from ice cream and 21g carbs from a sweet potato will make no difference in terms of body composition.

      Well I always make sure I have a good amount of protein for breakfast and little carbs such as a slice of whole meal bread so should I have a protein shake and a bowl of weetabix maybe?
