i plan on doing a massive bulk soon hopefully starting from monday as ive let my selve slip receny with trainin was thinking of eating cleen and heathy using sups like fish oils multi vits and creatine along with lots of not so healthy foods like pot noodles big packs of dorriots lol i love these do people bulk like this i do not gain bodyfat very easily but gain muscle easier the only thing that seems to make my waist or belly bigger is full fat milk and i also plan on drinking 6 or 7 pints of this a day

both cleen and dirty bulking I've seen a lot of people recently bulk like this, just eating loads of sh1te. Apparently if you can still hit your macros then it doesnt really matter what you eat. Just dont over do certain fats etc. I myself am clean bulking as I'm waiting to see more opinions on the "dirty bulk"

both cleen and dirty bulking You can't just eat 4000 calories of sh't or you'll get fat, you'll still need a high amount of protein, which isn't that easy to do eating junk food.
