      Thinking at least 20% no higher. Flexed, after gym. Been cutting for a while, Goal is to be 12% by Dec. 22

      id say about 10-12%

      edit you say thats flexed eh:

      id actually say its between 15-17% less than 20% for sure

      16% would be my guess. Some upper edge of the abs showing when flexed, but not a lot of midsection fat.

      Nice Traps, BTW, do you do a lot of deadlifts or shrugs?

      I would say 15%. Can see the outline of everything and definition starting to show.
      Eat at a deficit and lift heavy.

      Don't really hit traps directly. I don't deadlift either.

      15%. Definitely less than 20. Good base for sure!! Will look sick when you get cut down.

      16-17% imo

      You have a good base, so you should look great as you lean out.
