      Is this correct?

      If I weighed 20 stone and was 20% bf I would need to lose 2 stone of fat to be 10%bf ?

      Thats the Maths

      Obviously in losing the 10% bf you could in turn lose some muscle I guess, in which case you might be say 17.5st by time you're 10% bf.

      Yes. If you lost zero lean mass in the process.

      20 stone = 280lbs

      280 *.10 = 28lbs

      i was 210 lbs am currently standing at 179lbs and theres no way i will be 10% unless im down to 160 lbs

      i'd say a bit less.

      Well i'm 19 stone and 18-19% bf....................... so just 2 stone of fat to lose! sounds doable when i think of it like that! Thanks guys, and sorry for the obvious question, just wanted to make sure !

      almost right - would actually be 11% bf or summit like that (assuming you lost no lbm at all) as the new bf% would be calculated from your new weight, if that makes any sense....
