      i know what you mean but i dont overdo the protein and if i shoot for 200 g a day and i am falling way short of that due to much of it not being available post digestion to my muscles it could be hamering my growth??

      if you eat 400 g say - you will be of probably

      Im going to stick to my chicken and steak with rice every day

      Yes because your body can only utilise so much from each protein source i think. Similar to raw eggs vs cooked eggs.

      yeah exacly 100g of whey protein is 100g in your system.100g of beef protein is 80 g proteins in your system.......thats my understanding at the moment
