Better meal ideas to get protein? I took a large container of cottage cheese to work today and ate that. Ended up being 3 cups worth which, if eaten all at once, can be quite cumbersome. Helped me get 72g protein and 27g fat, though. Next time I'll mix salsa in with it. Why don't you scramble your eggs and just mix it in with your oats?
Better meal ideas to get protein? i have oats with milk. no eggs for breakfast. and i dont eat eggs in any other form that omelette as said above. I cant imagine cottage cheese would keep me full all afternoon and just taste bland after a while
Better meal ideas to get protein? ah its not cooking in the evening thats an issue (when i would eat all those foods), its just breakfast and during the day, so if there was a good lunch i could pre make i guess but its still going to be inconvenient
