      Help? I'm hittin' my proteins & carbs macros. And also my calories. But I wanna go 500 over.
      What foods do you guys eat to get in more calories.


      And yes I know eating more. But I'm asking foods specifically. What kinda foods lol.

      You can eat anything on a bulk, especially when you're a beginner, as long as it fits into your macros. I personally drink skimmed milk or eat fruit.

      Eat more fat. I see not one mention of fat intake in your post.

      Worry about
      Protein and fats first and then carbohydrates. Unless your an endurance athlete.

      I personally do the GOMAD diet as it is a easy way to get my protein

      McDonald's, absolutely serious.
      Subway sandwiches.
      Ground beef.
      Peanut butter.
      Oats. Oats are your friend.
      I also fry my chicken so it becomes a little bit more caloric.
      Milk. Lots of it.

      Yeah but I'm over the beginner gains. /: Been lifting for bout a year and a half.
      From 105 to 130. But I'm just tired of scavenging for food. Just would like to know what has good amount of calories. Instead checking labels on every thing in my house lol.

      Oh I deff eat fats. I have my almonds, peanuts & stuff lol.
      Why worry about carbs later?

      Because carbohydrates are a non essential macronutrient, therefor protein and fat macronutrients should be the first ones you should be focusing on.

      kcals in a gram of fat are a little more than double that of kcals in a gram of a carbohydrate.

      How much fat are you eating?

      Hmm.. Without going to look at the numbers, it's about the same as my protein numbers. (1.5 per gram body weight)
      If you think I should do something else, love to hear the input.

      I doubt you're beyond beginner gains yet, only because your ****ty bulk put on just 25lbs.
