I tried this routine i found on some article, where you PRE-EXHAUST legs, so do e/g leg extensions 4 sets of 20 with 30 seconds rest, good form etc, then hit squats for 12-10-8-6-6 etc do all standard stuff and finish on leg extensions again for 4 sets of 20, never had such bad legs DOMS ever. Going to be continuing this when im on cycle.
