Posting in here because I'm on cycle right now but I guess it's a general question. My current leg routine goes like this: 4 sets of 5 on Squat, heavy as I can go (About 130KG right now) 1 set of 20 reps, about 80KG to complete failure 3 sets Leg extension, 10-12 reps 3 sets Leg Curls, 10-12 reps 3 sets Leg press, usually pyramid to about 300kg for 6 reps at end 3 sets seated hamstring machine, 10-12 reps 3 sets Calve raises standing 15-20 I am getting MUCH stronger on my legs, like pretty much a good 5kg on squat every week, leg press is rocketing, but my measurements are staying the same, I want growth not strength! Up my rep range in general? I see most bodybuilders do 20 rep sets all the time, why I added in one set. Or am I doing it right and legs just take forever to grow? I need new ideas for leg routine.
Best way for leg growth? Rep range? How about some walking lunges with weight to hurt them with the extra bit of stability to deal with and to pre-exhaust.
Best way for leg growth? Rep range? So do some weighted lunges before I squat? Such a double edges sword, but hopefully someone truly knows whether the higher rep range will increase growth better, must be a reason the pros do it! Quadzilla Tom Plats did 100 reps and stuff, beast!

Best way for leg growth? Rep range? pre exhausting is for lazy people who are scared to lift big weights. ripebear i dont think reps really matter to an extent as long as u ****ing try hard and go to failure. atg squats all the way
Best way for leg growth? Rep range? Maybe It's just my bodypart that takes ages to grow, my weak spot! Might try some heavy 1-2 reppers next week see how that goes, got 150KG for 1 today but my trousers split haha, think I could get 160, maybe 165
