      Best Time of day to Train? Early Starters???

      I have tried training early doors but just isn't for me.

      I prefer around 7am, body has a whole days worth of fuel, bang in a shake after the work out and only a small meal needed before bed

      I changed my workouts to the morning, feel alot less weighed down from the days crap. Feel refreshed afterwards.

      Although, when I get there, I usually feel abit groggy. But the first set usually clears that and I have a great session!

      i like it,

      plus sides: it wakes me, works up an appetite, sets me up for the day, less crowded, see the same people in there so good for banter, if im the first one in i have control of the stereo.

      bad sides: i occasionally have to go for a big 5hit mid workout, my workouts can be inconsistent, i need alot more warming up at that time compared to going on an evening.

      i think the positives outweight the negatives.

      I used to train at 2am - jokes I meant 7pm
