      i have only delt with these people twice but both times i have been left feeling like i had been raped with a broken bottle.

      The first time i had ordered from them was about a year ago, i ordered bac water and bottles which all turned up promptly but about a day later i noticed i had been charged twice, so i emailed them thanking them for there quick delivery and pointing out i had been charged twice, after a few days without a reply i emailed them again. To this day i still have not got a reply luckily i paid with a credit card who refunded me when i called them.

      Although i was not out of pocket any more i decided i would never use them again until last week, I had seen them recommended in a few posts since my last order from them so i thought i would give them another chance, after all there email system may have just been down the last time.

      This time i ordered two .45 sterile syringe filters. Again delivery was very quick but what i had received was two .22 filters and the sterile packaging was damaged on one, so i emailed them saying thanks for the quick delivery but they are the wrong ones and the packaging is damaged on one, i enclosed the attached photo and told them i could send these back to them once i got the ones i ordered and now a week later still no reply.

      i will not be making the mistake of ordering from them again

      They have messed up a few order's of mine. Would never use them again.

      i ordered from them a a while ago.order never came. emailed them numerous times with no response.there have been enough complaints about them on this site to know by now that they are selective scammers.some of you may get your order but a lot of you won't.
