Its a long way off my next cycle but i like to gather as much info on possibly using DNP at a low dose in my next cycle. was thinking on the lines of 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off but on clen then repeat as much as feel neccesesery. So what would be concidered a low dosage? from what ive found out so far its about 3-400 rite? do you split the doses up through the day? what precations do you need to take when using this, I know strait of to drink lots of water. Ive herd T3 needs to be taken with this, Is this true? And also eph helps with the tirdness you get from it. Like I say id like to do minim doses and time on it, Ill be also taking tren enanth, test, and mast along with gh and peptides. Please fire away folks and keep it simple
As much basic info on DNP as possible please. take electrolytes 3 tabs a day helped me. eat fruit like pineapple and bananas carb deplete before you start (3 days) speed up the process of fat burning 200-250mg is low dose t3 for longer term runs i.e 6 weeks but no harm in running on a shorter blast. you can add loads more but those are basics for me - - - Updated - - - oh lay off carbs on a night as well so you dont burn up in bed!

I only have carbs from vegies and the odd bit of fruit anyway so carbs is no problem, all id av to do is up the fruit then. would i take 200mg all at once forst thing or spread the dose out through the day and would i get a slight weight loss by doing a small dose of this for 2 weeks with a good diet, I sit at ab 12% bf anyway but would like to get sub 10 and the tren will also help with that and stop muscle wasting im just after that small edge when i get so low with diet but nothing drastic with as little sides as poss
As much basic info on DNP as possible please. I took 200mg ed upon waking with 100mcg T3 (T3 is a must on DNP, and continue to run it for one week longer than DNP) also 4g vit c. All before faste cardio, first meal was 60mins after. I took electrolytes pre and post training, only took carbs post training. Tried 400mg but didnt get good sleep and was to sweaty in work. I find it best run at 200mg for 4-6 weeks for fat loss instead of doing short high bursts. Its great and im going to start again on mon 200mg ed, 100mcg t3 for 4 weeks.
As much basic info on DNP as possible please. pills come in 200-250mg so just pop one before bed. i took mine around 4pm but most take at night. sure you could drop with clen/t3 eca and tren tbh. saying that i did lose alot of fat around my mid section in a week. At night you will sweat like a beast but it dies down in the day a bit.

As much basic info on DNP as possible please. Do not run with out T3. You will mess up your thyroid, 200mg of DNP and above you need 100mcg t3 and run it for 7 days after stopping DNP. Like i said try run for 4 straight weeks instead of 2 on 2 off. With DNP at 200mg for 4 weeks and t3 you will not need clen or eca. DNP is great for fat loss and even better now since its comming into the winter lol - - - Updated - - - Conflicting? There is no medical studies that say not to run t3 with DNP only broscience says that. t3 is a must

I wont be starting till feb time and its not asif i have lots of fat to shift, my abbs and obliques are always visible, so ill prob do 200mg dnp with 100mcg t3 and ill see how I go from week to week till I reach four weeks, I may even only do 2 or 3 but ill continue on T3 for a week after
