      As a person who works out, how do you avoid over-showering?

      I shower every day too but I always put on lotion. Hope it's not too bad to shower all the time

      No, it's not excessive. You underestimate the filth that you're exposed to every day just by touching door handles, being on public transport, being under airconditioning etc.

      Ew germaphobe. Please go. Semi serious. I dont even wash my hands after I piss. I ate an almond off the airport floor the other day.

      Seeing no problem with showers... Especially when exposed to hot weather... Feeling like you walk into a sauna every time you go somewhere is not comforting.

      I don't touch hand rails, door knobs on public bathrooms, or touch any surface in public transportation. Chuck-E-Cheeses with 100 little kids running around? Forget about it, that places is going to be where the next Ebola virus spawns.

      It's probably worse when a stripper rubs her titties on my face, but at least I'm getting something out of it.
