As a diabetic, I was wondering if there was any specific advice to stay safe but get healthy and build muscle mass.

Eating protein helps build muscle. Try to eat about 1 gram of protein for each pound you weigh. This is about the most protein your body can use in one day.
      • Chicken
      • Tuna
      • Eggs, milk, and cottage cheese
      • Protein shakes

Engage in strength training exercises at least twice a week. Lift weights gradually to avoid overexertion.

Consume enough protein to support muscle growth. Pay attention to a balanced diet that aligns with your diabetes management plan.

Gradual Progression: Start your weightlifting program slowly and gradually increase intensity over time to avoid strain and injuries.

I am also a diabetic patient. These three things helped me a lot.
