      Anyone you know that should have got into lifting ?

      theres a local guy who is quite a legend round these ways, known to be as hard as they come but a true gent, can take heads off with a hook though

      was around 20 stone at 18 yrs old never touched a weight in his life and just drinks till sunlight every weekend lol

      hes about 55-60 now and stilla guy nobodydream of fcking with
