Anyone here just run Test on its own every cycle? i've been on cycle 13months now- at 8% BF, i've gone in the past 3months from 96-102kg.. I find that incredible. I'm talking gains where I've retained my vascularity and abs. I take 2.5mg letrozole/day, and I have very little water retention. Loads of people talk of gains, but they mean water and fat- my waist is smaller, even though i've gained wait- 30" waist at 6' tall and 102kg.. for my money I'm damn happy... i'm bigger and just as lean as my avi.. and still making gains 13months on... oh by the way, this is while dieting (500g pro, 50g carbs/day, 20g fats)...
Anyone here just run Test on its own every cycle? you dont have to lift heavy to get big simple its nice but dosent mean you will be a giant. smart training and well thought out diet/rest is key. ive been benching 120 for 10yrs chest still improves/grows i see guys pumping twice that who have no chest or made improvements in years.
