Water is starting to get a little bland through out the day, anybody got something to mix it with for some flavour? Whether it be fruit or a supp with some benefits?
Anyone drink anything besides plain water? Nah, pretty much gave everything up.. Now it's just Water, and after workouts I shake up some Whey protein, but that's pretty much it.

Anyone drink anything besides plain water? Cut up some apples and put it in. Peaches or the sort work too if you can find them. Lemons, tea, etc. And the Crystal powder stuff as suggested above.
