      I just need a quick hand! I'm 24 14.5 stone 6ft 1 and around 13-14percent body fat.

      im doing a lean bulk for 7 weeks and the gonna taper down to a cut as I'm away at crimbo

      my maintenance cals are 2211kcals I'm gonna up them each week by 500kcals and then decrease from week 8 till I cut all carbs out on the last 2weeks.

      Basically I know I need high carbs and high protein and keep fats low, but what figures should I be looking at?


      Any help would be massive. I'm starting my diet on Monday, I know what foods ill be using just need abit of help with what ratio I should use.

      You sure your maintenance is right? I'm a tad over 12st ATM and my maintenance is 2700

      Personally on your lean bulk I'd go for -

      Protein - 300g - 1200 cals
      Carbs - 300g - 1200 cals
      Fats - 80g fats - 720 cals

      3120 cals

      Shouldn't gain to much fat on that.

      What I should of said, would you start upping your cals from there depending on weight gain? I'm also running test 400 and ttm for 14 weeks

      If you like how it's goin and not to much fat gain then yeah mate. Use that as a base then alter it as you go along. The gear should help keep you leaner anyway.

      Last week I ran -

      Protein - 300g
      Carbs - 900g
      Fats - 200g

      I couldn't keep it up more than a week haha. :/
