      I read somewhere that the key to healthy eating and dieting is as much in your head as it is in your body. We, as humans, are very set in our ways and like routine. Breaking these routines can be difficult but it is possible to "retrain" you body to a new healthier way of living.

      Losing weight nowadays is not a big deal. You can do it naturally or be using some kind of supplements like- juice, pills or something like that. But don't do it rapidly.

      Properly ealborated diet with healthful components. And a complex of exercises.
