People saw you posting several meals a day consisting of chicken/brown rice/broccoli which indicates you are trolling, as anyone who had read threads here a few days and the stickies wouldn't be posting that (unless of course they really and truely love chicken/brown rice/broccoli and it is one of your favourite meals). It is magazine type bro-dieting, boring bland and no more effective than more enjoyable foods.

Well I may change the rice for pasta, and the chicken for a beef or kangaroo steak every now and then but I prefer a routine of discipline if it will give me the better results over a rotuine of good tasting food and average results.

Right makes sense now. I wasn't trolling just trying to get some advice on the amount of calories, protein, carbs and fat so thought I would break it down more into the meals I will be eating, as bland as they are.

Results are determined by the amount of calories, protein, carbs, fat, vitamins and minerals you consume, not the taste or names of your food. If you feel that food that you enjoy the taste of is detrimental to your goals, you have an unhealthy emotional relationship with food... a good eating disorder therapist can assist with this.
