      Legs underdeveloped or not his upper body is powerful--and large.

      He has grown since the last videos I have seen.

      However going back to the issue of bodyweight movements. People with toothpick legs can perform feats of upper body strength with their bodyweight quiet effectively, but that is hardly an indication of absolutely strength as they are moving far less weight than someone with balanced development would... and they have a complete lack of athletic strength of any use, again due to lack of leg development. This isn't balanced strength or athleticly useful strength and it is made to appear more effective by having a lighter bodyweight by only training half the body.
