      This is going to be the first Saturday since the age of 16 when i haven't had a couple pints of stella , so im deffo looking forward to waking up tomorrow morining and not feeling like sh!t ,i am just going to drink on special occasions though but apart from that stella ur dumped lol

      tbh mate, you may feel kinda weird not drinkin for like the first few friday nights but after that its normal.
      you wont miss it mate.

      yeah bro , got a question for u mate isit still ok to take a protein shake on non work out days ? yeah i am craving a beer now but im not gonna give in to myself , notice i aint writing in blue wayhey im learning lol

      i have one twice a day on non workout days, and 3 times a day on a workout day.

      Protein shakes on non-workout days is a dangerous move.. Your body won't digest the protein and it'll slowly build up in your system, often causing bouts of of "protein rage" once a sufficient amount has accumulated.

      i been having 2 on work out days one 30 mins before workout 1 straight after work out , followed by a freezing cold powerade, and didn't know if i was suppose have one or not on a non workout day so im going to make one up now =]

      with protein shakes just keep this in mind
      it is there to help you meet your daily protein requirements
      e.g. if you get 200g from food you can make up 100g in two shakes with 50g protein and so on...

      some people have loads, some only have one per day.
      its all down to you mate
