about to give up and just eat 0 calories oats + whey = 450-500kcal (depending on which whey) 2 cans of tuna = 360kcal DRIED(u prob eat the oil too which adds a bit more) and i dunno how much mayo u put also measure oats by gram with a food scale not by cups, boneless pork loin can be miscalculated aswell depending on how u prepare it, if u even found a site that has the correct value for it. Even so this is still pretty low u could try bumping up cals to maintenance for a few days maybe uve been on a deficit for too long and ur metabolism just slowed down
about to give up and just eat 0 calories Not sure what brand/type your using, but I'm pretty sure your forgetting to count the fat in the oats, tuna, and mayo... And thiskent prob has a whey with a higher protein content, mines about 27g protein, so more cals in there when compared to yours
