      about to give up and just eat 0 calories

      this is average what i eat in a day, tell me if i miss calculated, i dont think i did.

      cup oats + 1 scoop whey protein powder - 370 calories, 23g protein, 68 grams carbs

      bonless pork loin center chop 300g - 584 calories, 79 grams protein, 30 grams fat

      200g in either cellary or cucomber - around 40 calories

      2cans tuna + mayo - 280 calories, 55g protein

      total - 1544 calories, 184g protein, 30g fat, 107g carbs

      i weigh everything raw, and where can i get metabolic testing done?

      best advice i can give is eat chillis, drink plenty of water, get thermogenic

      the oats and scoop of whey are higher cal than that

      box oats say 150cals per 1/2 cup + 1 scoop of whey is 70cals 13g protein, soo 1cup is 370 cals?

      oh ok mine was around 600 cals for a cup of oats and my protein was 100 per scoop

      oats + whey = 450-500kcal (depending on which whey)

      2 cans of tuna = 360kcal DRIED(u prob eat the oil too which adds a bit more) and i dunno how much mayo u put

      also measure oats by gram with a food scale not by cups, boneless pork loin can be miscalculated aswell depending on how u prepare it, if u even found a site that has the correct value for it. Even so this is still pretty low u could try bumping up cals to maintenance for a few days maybe uve been on a deficit for too long and ur metabolism just slowed down

      Not sure what brand/type your using, but I'm pretty sure your forgetting to count the fat in the oats, tuna, and mayo...
      And thiskent prob has a whey with a higher protein content, mines about 27g protein, so more cals in there when compared to yours

      i have everything infront of me and im reading it all on the back my calcs are correct, even if i was off, it would only be by 100 around cals
