800 Calorie deficit Ouch kids, fine I said something I shouldn't have. Now please release your testosterone highs on someone else.
800 Calorie deficit lol'd Didnt know OP was female, at that current weight a cut is definitely the only way to go while lifting 3x a week to retain muscle mass and look better overall. Its impossible for women to become to big unless they are not natural in the first place...its damn hard enough for average guys to get big as it is.
800 Calorie deficit no one's offended by what you said, we just all happened to type the same responses at the same time. you get used to here in the fat loss section. thick skin, you need it if you're going to be part of the forums, and the LF section is one of the most tame subsections.
800 Calorie deficit I never said anything of the sort, but going on a bulking phase is not something she is gonna want to do. We are in the losing fat section, she is a girl, she is on a cut... But to OP, it would be a good idea to start doing some resistance training to preserve muscle mass why you are cutting.
800 Calorie deficit there are plenty of users who have come to the losing fat section with the asinine idea of cutting weight when they have nothing to cut down to, even some females in the past. not everyone who comes to this section is better off losing weight right away, many don't understand that. and although a bulking phase or gaining muscle in general might not be what a member WANTS to do, but that sure as hell doesn't mean it won't get recommended. i don't WANT to keep cutting fat right now, but it's the best thing for my long term goals. i would rather be eating more food. so i guess everyone should simply do what they WANT or FEEL like they should do, and they will all reach their goals. . . or maybe they'll appreciate the plethora of advice and information there is to be had, and have an open mind. edit: i'm not telling OP to bulk, just arguing for the fact that we don't give advice based on what we think members WANT to hear, but what they NEED to hear.
