      You've been trying to cut at 3000kcal when you spend 3000kcal daily? Deficit means a difference, you need to eat below maintenance, that's why 2000~ is working.

      oops sry sry i was eating at a deficit of 500 calories originally (2500). Apparently according to kris gethins teen fat loss vid, if i eat any less, i'll start losing muscle mass. It ddnt turn out that way...

      Sure, but there is no point buying any more of a number of supplements you have in the future

      ok! saving money's always good
      but yeah i should continue this for 8-10 weeks to hit my goal then?
      is it safe to just go on indefinitiely, until i hit my goal? (obviously not forever)
