I started out at 110lb freshman year im now a senior and weigh 160lb,i need a meal plan that would get me a lot of weight,i dont give a **** about fat or muscle i just want the weigh,i wanna gain 20lb in a good amount of time.It doesnt matter if i gain 2-5lb a week i dont care about fat gain.Please help me i need a good plan.no bs
4500-6000 calorie bulk meal plan I just don't get these threads.. why would you think that you're going to get a custom tailored meal plan @ 4,500 - 6,000 calories. Honestly, just go out.. and buy whole milk, ice cream, peanut butter, french fries, steak, eggs, more peanut butter, and cereal and stuff your face?
