I'm 4 weeks into a cut, any advice on my current physique and bodyfat estimates? Should i continue cutting for a few more weeks or start a lean bulk? 4 weeks cutting (pics) please give me some advice. I was on 1500 calories doing IF getting around 120-150g protein. i didnt do any cardio at all just lifting 4 days a week.
4 weeks cutting (pics) please give me some advice. It does look like you are doing well, but if you want better comparisons, before/afters need to be shot at similar angles and pose. From the front shot, it does look like there is no way your gut is still remotely the same size. Good job. I hate telling an 18yr old to cut too far, but I think you probably should reassess when you see the low 150's lbs or so.
