      My 2 pence is keep your protein at a decent level and slowly drop your carbs down to 80-100 a day and see how you go!

      write a proper sample diet what you eat on monday wednesday friday, what sort of cardio you do and how you do it

      Pic is up. I'm on less than 80 carbs now.
      6 am oats
      9 am protein shake
      12 two chicken or tuna wraps
      3 protons shake
      6 lean meat
      9 shake

      I am doing 30 min on cross trainer everyday plus hour of weights

      Mate

      I had this problem. I was eating a very strict and clean diet and not losing much. I started to use the myfitnesspal app on my phone and initially I was horrified to find I was eating enough cals to maintain. I then cut some cals and the fat is dropping off me
