1st cycle, itchy chest If its your actual nipple thats itching (you should know the difference) then take 60mg of tamoxifen right now, for 3 days and taper it down (40mg) for two days then 20mg for the remainder until the itchiness goes. Also start Letro or adex asap (remember AI's take about two weeks to fully take effect)
