Hey guys, my names mason and im 14 years old. Im tall and skinny deffinetly an ectomorph. Ive decided to change my ways and beef up for the next three years of highschool. I need some advice from you guys. I have a Weider 8530 Multi-gym at my house and ive found a few workout videos online. I just wanted to see if you guys think the workout would be efficient.
