      just a quick update. i start dieting down 10 weeks out. 3 weeks of bulk/maintain to go

      comp is on oct 27th

      currently 186lbs ~10%

      i got them dime sized nips bro. aesthetic as fuk

      wont it be harder to stay at that lower body fat? wont i risk losing more muscle mass? i've hired a posing/diet coach ill be going by what he tells me

      Also what class are you planning on competing in and what weight are you expecting to be at what bf? Also got you back.
