**1 year bulk [Lots of Pics] 1year- 184lbs Hadn't worked out for a long time. Had surgery. After recovery, was not allowed to play sports, dedicated myself to lifting. Started deadlifting December 2011. Started parallel squatting september 2011. Spent 3 months lifting only twice a week. Did splits for 4 weeks, followed by eleven months of fullbody. Dirty bulked in january + 9 lbs in 4 weeks. Spent quite some time unintentionally recomping. Lifts Bench- 150 ~ 240+ Squat- 165 ~ 310+ Deadlift- 225 ~ 420+ Currently have an infection causing a fever and a pulled muscle. Taking a little time off. Bulking till 200lbs+, phuck summer cutting.
