      1year- 184lbs

      Hadn't worked out for a long time. Had surgery. After recovery, was not allowed to play sports, dedicated myself to lifting.
      Started deadlifting December 2011.
      Started parallel squatting september 2011.
      Spent 3 months lifting only twice a week.

      Did splits for 4 weeks, followed by eleven months of fullbody.
      Dirty bulked in january + 9 lbs in 4 weeks.
      Spent quite some time unintentionally recomping.

      Lifts
      Bench- 150 ~ 240+
      Squat- 165 ~ 310+
      Deadlift- 225 ~ 420+

      Currently have an infection causing a fever and a pulled muscle. Taking a little time off.

      Bulking till 200lbs+, phuck summer cutting.

      Well done !! Just need to work out on your abs and keep on doing what you are doing. Also post your routine so people can know your weak points !

      Will hopefully get where I want to be.
      Strength is mostly my goal.

      Not worrying about them abs. Since my bf% is going to be way past 10% for a long time lol.

      I have my log in my link.

      Mainly did my own variation of SS and my own variation of madcows 5x5.

      I add in a phuck ton of assistance work lol.
