Wheres the excitement in knowing who will win? Excitement comes from rivalries, the chance of a new Mr. O, newcomers etc.

This is one of the best Olympias I have ever seen.

But I know what you mean OP. I was just thinking about this last night.

All these rumours were going around this year that Phil was going to be bigger and improved and create distance between himself and the rest like Ronnie did. But you can see he is not quite capable of it.

Also, a lot of people were saying Kai could come in sharp and a maintain all his mass (I was one of them lol) but you can see he has had to drop some size to match Phil's detail.

The end result is two guys going head to head with very similar mass and conditioning. Neither is capable of dominating the other.

And then there was Ronnie. He did what Kai and Phil were trying to do, and did it like it was a walk in the park. Added all the mass in the world, on a larger structure and kept all his conditioning. Just too good.

Having a single person dominate the Olympia year after year makes for a good champion but a terrible competition. The shows get boring.

This year, the so-called "experts" assumed it was a battle for number 2, that Phil would win it easily. Turns out, Phil has a battle on his hands. THAT'S what makes for a good Olympia.

Coleman will never be equaled(sp?) or surpassed but the Phil vs. Kai rivalry coming to it's climax is cool.

Coleman is a has been now. he is over. Its time for the new blood to take over. All these Coleman threads day after day are kind of dumb..Why not pray for Arnold to come back? Maybe he will...lol
