Just thought that i would post this for a bit of fun really and see what everybody finds annoying about thier gym/fellow gymers For me i have 2 people 1st is a certain fellow who is in everyday without a doubt and on every machine he throws himself about whilst pulling the worst faces, myself and the other 5 gym instructors have tried telling him but he will not listen and blows us off... he was out with a lower back problem for a few months earlier in the year and last month dropped a dumbell on his chest...you dont understand how bad this guy is until you see him 2nd is a guy who must be 6'2 and no more than 12 stone, he came up to me asking for gear (which i had never used or even spoke to anyone about) infront of my boss and when i said i dont know anything but will book you in for a free p.t. to go over diet and a programme he laughed in my face, that was 8 weeks ago, nothing has changed but he has acne everywhere and has gone from benching 50kg to 70kg
Biggest gym hates People not putting F*#KING weights dumbbells etc back after use p!sses me right off
Biggest gym hates 1. People not putting their DB's back on the rack 2. People who totally stack the barebells/ leg press etc, then just walk off and expect someone else to unload it for their warm-up 3. Lads that think they are big who think they own the gym and try and bully you off your benches early 4. People with "all the gear, but no idea" (I mean equipement, rather than any AAS etc) 5. People who turn up to the gym in their best T-shirt, chinos/ jeans and a pair of trainers as if they are ready to go on a night out. Then just do a 1rm and leave.
Biggest gym hates My hate is people that leave a bench and go onto another piece of equipment, but when you go to use it they come running up and shout, " I am using that.!" My response of "fcuk off! I am using it, move me if you dare" will probably be on this thread as some elses gym hate.
Biggest gym hates tell me about it, i dont understand how so many are left about the floor i mean how can you NOT put them back Ha Matt, that hurt man, that hurt deep
Biggest gym hates i had a guy 'giant setting' his chest using the bench for bp another bench for incline a smith for decline then using the pec deck...he was running about most of the time and not even training
Biggest gym hates Not forgetting of course the Fukker who barbell curls on the squat rack. As he cant be ar$ed to bend down and put the barbell on the floor.
