I weigh about 160lbs I know to consume 160+grams of protein . My question is how do I do it . I know to eAt small meals spread out but when can someone post a one day layout of what they eat to get about 160+ grans of protein .....I tryd this I ate meat for every meal and gained weight mostly in my stomach and chest I mean I got fat.. I admit I was stronger but damn I gained more fat than muscle mass. Another thing I wanna mention is I used muscle milk 3 times a day and regret abusing my body this way and its probley the main reason for my fat increase.

160g of protein should be able to come from food no problem bro.
3 x shakes should not be required.
      Hows your diet??

160+ for what? You don't need that much protein. You benefit the same just getting the equivalent of your lbm, which isn't 160 lbs.

And nothing in paticular "made you fat", you probably went too far into a surplus for an extended period of time. Dumb it down some.

Chicken breast is pretty affordable and protein dense. Go to Sam's Club and get a 6lb bag for about 10 bucks. That's about 1.2 cents per protein, roughly the same as a cheap whey protein.

That and protein shakes with skim milk/water and you should be able to easily get your protein needs.

160g protein is only 640 calories. You gained fat because you went overboard with your carbs and/or fat intake. Reassess and adjust your diet. Good luck!

160g of protein isn't hard. Obviously things like chicken breast and other meat are loaded with protein, but there are several options. Eggs, peanut butter, almonds or other nuts, cottage cheese, milk. Protein can be found in bread and pasta too. Its not as protein dense as the other things i mentioned, but its more than you might think.
