Does anybody have an iMac?

Missus dad has a iMac, he got it cuz hes into photography, photoshop n what not.

Nice id love it, cost him 900 quid tho..

But when I think about that, I don't think it's anything ground breaking? I mean, the current iMacs would be awesome anyway?

Honestly, I only use my MBP for browsing the web and doing some Uni work. The main reason I want an iMac is to edit my images - I take a lot of photographs and the screen size would be insane for me. Bump the Ram up to 16GB and I should be sweet.

I bought a macbook at the beginning of this year, had a real battle with myself justifying spending a grand on it when you can get a PC which is just as good if not better for half that,
9 months on and i'm so glad i forked out on it, high quality bit of kit, shame i'm sh1te with computers and don't use it to its potential haha

Yea, I'd agree to some point. although if Im spending that much money though I want the best and it would eat me inside knowing I didn't wait a few months...but we're all different. My iMac is quite incredible. My niece has a 27 and she uses it as a tv as well!....wow that's a monster screen

P.S. I'd recommend a track pad over a mouse

Yeah I was thinking the track pad as I already have a magic mouse, so can try them both out and see which I prefer and then probably sell one.

What do you think to the mini keyboards?
