hey people hows it going ?
im 22 and to be honest i live for my training but evan more love a good p1ss up on a friday night
i started my 1st ever cycle yesterday and my intentions were good & to stay in through out the 10 weeks of my course
but as 1 day has passed lol ive been invited out for the weekend im debating whether to or not but really depends on the answers i get from you guys
can i intake excessive amounts of alcahol whilst on my course ?

Local clubs were i live are full of juice heads all sniffing coke and knocking back jugs of spirits on a weekly basis .

If your taking any orals i wouldnt go near drink.If your only on day one and wanting to get lashed already is aas a good choice tho as it will happen often.Choose the cycle or fridays getting lashed

no oral mate just pins , this is the thing if it will mess with gains or my body then ill allow it but if it doesnt matter then whats the harm ?

Now and again its fine tho a bit worried your only on day one of the cycle and thinking about getting lashed.I enjoy a drink to tho once i hit a cycle i try to keep clean and reep the full benefits of the cycle.Drinking on a regular basis will deplete gains and f2ck up the diet to

of course it will adversely affect your body, as going and getting pis5ed always does

you shouldn't look for the answer you want to hear to justify it

Have a drink but don't go mad.

The problem I find with drinking is not the alcohol itself but the fact that you will go for a lengthy period without food. Lets say you have yout tea at 7am then go out. Likelyhood is you won't eat at all or it will be a 2 AM kebab which is a 7 hour window without any grub.

ok mate thanks , but isnt that the same when your asleep u sleep for 8 hours with no food ? or does the body work different as im awake ?
