      Tuna, Pasta, Mayo - Dinner - Everynight

      I was eating chicken and pasta twice a day for ages. Didn't bother me as i fvcking love chicken and pasta lol

      Am sat at work on break eating chicken and rice and some cnuts have just sat opposite me with chippy food and biscuits lol

      Tuna contains Mercury, which is a poison. I limit my tuna intake to 1 sometimes 2 times a week max because of this.

      That's like the ''bananas contain potassium'' bollocks. You probably couldnt eat enough to be physically poisioned.

      Oh, and isn't tuna protein only like 40% bioavailable?? Dont get me wrong i eat tuna - but from my knowledge there are far better protein sources out there.

      I eat one two tins a day and have done for over a year. Yet to diagnosed with mercury poisoning.
