      I have just got the george forman out and i didnt notice but the plug had dropped in the sink . If i open it up and dry it a bit will it be ok to use ! as long as i switch the swith off when i plug it in and dont touch it or am i looking for a shock and trip the power ?

      Open the plug & use a hair dryer to make sure it's completely dry before using

      Sh1t product. Just open it up and let it dry out somewhere warm naturally.

      Take the plug apart, remove the wires and then dry it.
      Then put the wires back and you should be fine.
      An easy lesson in wiring a plug is by the colours. Think of the first two letters of each of the colours.
      Brown, the first two letters is B and R that means bottom right.
      Blue is B and L that means bottom left.
      If there is another colour then it goes in the slot that is still empty.
      This only applies to modern wiring.

      Being a dad to three so called graduates was the inspiration in that lesson in life when they moved into student accommodation.
