Running Test prop 100MG EOD, just finished Anavar so MAYBE that was suppressing my appetite and it will be increasing.

But what do you guys do to help eat more? One friend recommended chewing a lot of gum, helps with digestion?

I am eating around 4200 calories per day right now, around 96/97KG in weight and weight is stalling, so I need to up to around 4700 I reckon.

I try to eat 6 meals a day, averaging 700-800 calories. My main mistake is I'm sleeping a lot and missing meal times, this is something I am trying to improve on but need advice on anything else I can do?

      Appetite stimulators? Techniques?

The higher the intensity in the gym, the hungrier you will be. I DL'ed a PB on Mon of 270KG and ate about 8k cals on Tuesday as I was so hungry.

Digestive enzymes really helped me, also have few more shakes as they are easier than eating solid food.

You got some pretty impressive lifts, I'm not at your level yet mate! But still I push/will push as much as I can in the gym.

Today I did 20 rep squats, couldnt walk and felt ill/faint after my workout, not eaten much since i got home at all! Can't understand it, maybe I got flu but I don't feel terrible just a bit down/tired a lot

I already have a shake in morning and before bed, 800 calorie ones so not sure if upping that would be a good idea, but if I'm struggling it's better than staying at same weight for rest of cycle!

Replace your breakfast with a man shake

      500ml milk
      50g whey
      100g oats
      1 banana
1 tblspsn of natural peanut butter
handful of blueberries and goji berries or what ever takes your fancy

All that in the blender, eat like a boss before work, profit

RB, well after pushing your body so hard your body must be screaming out for nutrients. Not too sure TBH, work hard and eat hard, hope it goes well.

I sleep loads when bulking due to the extra carbs , sleep when bulking is about 9 hours at night and 4 in the day.

And I sleep pretty much exactly the same jstarcarr lol, didn't know what it was making me sleep so much, but I guess the overeating is making me sluggish...
