Just working out how much money I have to live on for uni. Roughly how much would you spend on food for yourself each week? Not including whey etc.

I spend £45 a week in the butchers then it's just veg, wraps, pasta etc on top so not a huge amount.

I find eating clean really expensive.

Just worked out roughly to £8 a day including supplements (Whey, multi-vitamins and Omega 3,6,9 Oil).

Thats £56 a week, £242 a month. Then on top of that there is probably an extra £15 on 4 of the days (Cheat days) Minimum so thats £300 a month roughly.

I do eat pretty good though and im lazy in the kitchen, i buy alot of packet meats (Beef, Turkey, Pastrami, Chicken) etc at £1-£3 a packet depending on what it is, I also eat alot of Tinned Mackerel and Tuna at over £1 a tin, And them Tilda Rice for the mircrowave are £1 a go.

      Gaz
