      Do u all ache the next day after a gym session or do I have bad technique or something I do mix things around a lot though I've been gyming it over a year now and ache near On every day somewhere

      Its normal mate, its called DOMS. Delayed onset muscle soreness.

      Mate im the same,,sitting here now in pain tho love it as i know its hitting each muscle group i pound each time

      Ok sound I don't mind the ache I do Actully enjoy it knowing I got a good session in but was speaking to me mate today sais he never aches so I was worryed I was getting technique wrong and on way to causing injury

      Lol same mate I'm limping up and down stairs due to legs yesterday

      Very rarely get DOMS, just feel a bit stiff and heavy in movement

      I hate leg doms!! Stairs turn into an epic ha ha!!

      Lol ye all day I've been in and out the moter having to hold the roof to pull me up Think its from sqauts first time in about a month

      I rarely get doms but still ache all the time whether I've trained or not
