okay fair play, the t3 i have access to comes in boxes i think.. any idea how many tabs are in boxes of t3's usually? ill find out in person tomorrow but cba waiting lol Depends on the brand, I use tiromel which come in boxes of 100 tabs...

Forgot to say, you can run clen with it too, can do 2 weeks on/off the clen although you can just run it straight but you build up a tolerance to doses so IMO and IME 2 weeks on/off works well

i've ran clen before, ive found the first week is real good then after that it isnt great but i still run it for the two weeks, cramps **** me off tho. even when u use crappy taurine lol

LOL, never got the cramps myself! I use alpha pharma clen, used 160mcg before but like to stick at 120mcg....you don't have to be rattling for it to be working despite what some people think!

If you've got an ear thermometer then just get your average temp before starting, so when you come off you will know if you've down regulated your own production or not, don't have to do this but it's good practice IMO...

Just keep your diet strict when you come off to avoid a rebound, you should see some good results mate

I had pharma grade t3. Boxes of 30. Forgot to add I started an eca stack the day I stopped the t3. Believe its to stop any rebound weight gain.
